Engineering Manager / .NET Tech Lead
We are looking for an Engineering Manager to provide technical leadership, work across the team on the design of different systems and oversee development to ensure the proper architecture and technical practices are implemented, as well as contribute to coding and application environment support. This person provides our team with leadership for application/cloud architecture plans, technology design and lifecycle, and guides design and execution to meet business needs. Job is 50% tactical and 50% strategical, meaning it includes both hands-on application development and strategic planning/oversight. In this role, you should also be an excellent communicator who is able to translate complex requirements into functional architecture. The candidate must have business-oriented mindset who would prioritize business needs for any specific project over personal desires to build complex but often not necessary architectures.
